Thirty years later, the Frenchman, Monsieur Junel discovered an unusal cotton plant growing in the Nile Delta fields, the result of years of cross cultivating the variants of the Sea Island and West Indies seeds, bringing to life Egyptian Cotton. For nearly a century, Egpytian cotton has been known as one of the most luxurious fibers in the world. The Winter Classics Collection is a selection specifically designed to be worn in the colder months of the year.  In fact, they are the perfect armor for the Winter chilly days and blistering cold nights.  These are Vitale BarberisCanonico’s best selling winter fabrics and are characterized by a heavier weight and a matte finish.  This gives the suits a wonderful drape and an extremely elegant look.

Lovely lighter weight flannels in Super 120’s Australian Merino Wool are available in classics and fancies, with bright new deco colors.  The all time classic carded woolen flannel is represented as well.  Solids including a marvelous heavy whipcord bring the book to a close.
